Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily back-office functions, customer coordination, and operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, follow up with customers for payments, maintain records, and assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for pending payments and documentation
Maintain and update records, reports, and files
Assist Operations Manager in routine coordination and execution tasks
Handle general administrative duties like email communication, filing, and data entry
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed

Requirements:
