We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Gems Executive to manage gemstone handling, grading support, inventory coordination, and client interaction activities. The ideal candidate should have basic understanding of gemstones, quality checking, documentation, and inventory management.
The candidate should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced jewellery or gemstone environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle gemstone inventory and stock management
Assist in gemstone identification and quality checking
Maintain records of gemstone purchases, sales, and stock movement
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure proper documentation and inventory accuracy
Support order processing and dispatch coordination
Maintain gemstone display and product organisation
Assist customers with gemstone-related queries when required
Follow company quality standards and operational procedures
