We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support internal departments with coordination, documentation, and facility management. The ideal candidate should be organized, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Office Management:
Maintain cleanliness, security, and functioning of office premises.
Supervise housekeeping, office boys, and facility services.
Handle AMC contracts, vendor coordination, and service agreements.
Document & Asset Management:
Maintain employee and office documentation—agreements, contracts, and licenses.
Manage company assets like laptops, mobile devices, SIM cards, and stationery.
Administrative Support:
Support HR and Accounts with admin-related tasks like joining formalities, vendor bills, and courier handling.
Arrange for ID cards, visiting cards, access cards, etc.
Procurement & Inventory:
Maintain stock of office supplies and place timely orders.
Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchasing.
Travel & Logistics Coordination:
Book travel, accommodation, and cabs for employees and guests.
Organize internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as a point of contact between departments and external vendors.
Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
Ensure compliance with internal admin policies.
Maintain proper records of expenses, vendor invoices, and attendance of support staff.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of office equipment and admin tools
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Graduate in any discipline
