We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and
streamline verification operations. The ideal candidate will support the Operations Head in
ensuring quality, compliance, TAT (Turnaround Time), and operational efficiency across
regional teams as allotted) and vendors. This role requires strong leadership,
communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage high volumes and
tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage day-to-day verification operations across all regional locations (as
allotted).
o Ensure timely completion of background checks, document verification, field
verifications, etc.
o Coordinate with internal teams (data entry, QC, Back Office Executives) and
external vendors.
o Supervise regional vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs.
o Support training and performance management of field and backend teams.
o Co-ordinate with Quality Check managers and ensure 100% compliance with
client requirements.
o Implement corrective actions for any quality or process gaps.
o Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards.
o Share escalation matrix to the clients for the allotted location and assist in
handling escalations and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
o Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on productivity, TAT, and quality.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA will be an add on).
• 3 to 4 years of experience in operations, preferably in background verification, KYC,
compliance, or HR services.
• Experience managing teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
