Job Description – Computer Operator (Pharma Distribution Channel)

ey Responsibilities:

Handle billing, invoicing, and data entry using Pharma distribution software (e.g., Marg ERP, Busy, Tally, Unisolve).

Enter orders and update stock records on a daily basis.

Prepare GST invoices, purchase/sales registers, and challans.

Maintain payment records, outstanding reports, and reconciliation statements.

Generate MIS reports and manage Excel/Word documents as required.

Ensure accuracy of data and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Coordinate with stockists, retailers, and suppliers regarding bills and dispatches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in Pharma Distribution Channel

Strong knowledge of Pharma billing software (Marg ERP / Busy / Tally /

Good computer knowledge – MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.

Basic understanding of medicines, product codes, and pharma market operations.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Pharma distribution/billing is required.

Working Hours:
