We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-toend tendering process for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bid submissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Search for and identify Interior & fitout tender opportunities from government, private, and online procurement portals.
Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to prepare complete bid submissions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and supporting documentation.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and submission deadlines.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and cost analysis.
Maintain a tender calendar and monitor submission schedules.
Prepare bid summaries, risk assessments, and management reports.
Respond to tender clarifications and client queries during the bidding process.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and supporting documentation for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends, procurement regulations, and tendering best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
Strong understanding of tender documentation, commercial terms, and procurement procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with online tender portals and document management systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.
Knowledge of estimation principles and BOQs.
Familiarity with ERP systems and tender management software.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
