ARCHITECT / DESIGNER — DESIGN & EXECUTION DRAWINGS

Role:

Sole owner of the complete drawing pipeline — concept through to every drawing a site needs to build from. Nothing goes to site that this role has not produced or checked. Responsibilities Design stage

• Concept design, layouts, 3D views and presentation sets for client approval

• Elevation and façade design and detailing

• Material and finish selection; material boards linked to the specification sheet

Execution drawings — full set

• Civil working drawings: setting-out, centre-line, plinth, wall layouts, door-window schedules, floor levels

• Structural drawings: prepare footing, column, beam, slab and staircase detailing based on the structural consultant's design; produce bar bending schedules; issue only after consultant's stamp

• Staircase sections, lift wells, sunken slab and cut-out details

• MEP layouts: electrical point and circuit layouts, plumbing and drainage lines, HVAC routing — prepared to consultant sizing, coordinated for clashes

• Woodwork and joinery shop drawings: modular kitchen, wardrobes, vanities, TV units, false ceiling — elevations, sections, hardware and finish call-outs at production level

• Flooring layouts, tile setting-out, dado drawings, waterproofing details

• Sanction drawings for liaisoning files

Process

• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants; obtain stamped drawings before issue

• Resolve site queries from supervisors; issue clarification sketches within 24 hours

• Maintain drawing register: version, issue date, revision, recipient. Site builds from the latest issued print only

• Hold design freeze and specification freeze; no revision after freeze without a signed change order

Requirements

• B.Arch or Diploma/B.E. Civil with strong architectural detailing; 5–8 years

• Must have independently produced full execution sets for residential projects — GFC drawings, not just presentation work

• AutoCAD (expert), SketchUp + Enscape/Lumion/V-Ray, Revit an advantage

• Able to read and detail from a structural consultant's design

• Working knowledge of Noida Authority bye-laws and NBC

• At least 3 residential projects taken from concept to completion

Non-negotiable

• Structural and MEP drawings issued only after consultant sign-off. Never issued on this role's authority alone.

• Drawings issued only through the studio. No parallel freelance work on NCR residential projects.

• All files remain studio property.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
