Job description:

The Site Supervisor – Interior Design (Execution) is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects from start to handover. This role ensures that design concepts are translated into reality while maintaining quality, timelines & budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works as per design specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work.

• Interpret design drawings and provide clarifications to site teams for accurate implementation.

• Able to manager labours.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior design execution, materials, and finishes.

• Coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Basic Knowledge of MS Office.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any domain.

• 1 years plus of experience in interior design Site supervisor.

• Proven track record of handling site execution and vendor coordination.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
