Draftsman Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare AutoCAD 2D structural drawings for RCC and Structural Steel works

• Develop detailed drawings including footings, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, shear walls, etc.

• Prepare structural detailing drawings as per approved design and calculations

• Create Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing

• Prepare steel fabrication drawings, connection details, and GA drawings

• Coordinate with structural engineers and design team for drawing inputs and revisions

• Revise drawings based on client / consultant / site comments

• Ensure drawings comply with IS codes, standards, and project specifications

• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and document control

• Provide drawing support during site execution and resolve detailing-related issues

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (mandatory)

• Good knowledge of RCC and Structural Steel detailing

• Ability to read and understand structural design drawings and calculations

• Familiarity with IS 456, IS 800, and relevant detailing standards

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

• 1–2 years of experience in RCC & Steel drafting

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
