Role Description
This is a contract On-Site Supervisor role at M S Constructions. The On-Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing on-site staff.

Qualifications
• Freshers or Experience in construction supervision, project management, and subcontractor coordination
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely
• Proficiency in project management software
• Previous experience with civil construction projects is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
