Supervise daily construction/interior activities at the site
Monitor progress and maintain work schedules
Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works
Manage and supervise site labor, contractors, and subcontractors
Coordinate material delivery with vendors and stores
Verify work completion before contractor payments
Ensure quality workmanship as per company standards
Check materials for quality and quantity before use
Maintain material inward–outward records
Maintain daily site progress reports (DPR)
Update management on site status, delays, or issues
Coordinate with office/design team for clarifications
