Role & Responsibilities:

Create detailed, clean, and accurate 3D interior models (bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, etc.) using SketchUp.
Interpret 2D architectural plans (AutoCAD DWG/PDF) and convert them directly into precise 3D models.
Maintain strict file hygiene: ensure correct layering, grouping, and component structures optimized for D5 Rendering.
Work seamlessly with the design team to revise models based on client feedback.
Meet daily and weekly project delivery deadlines without compromising quality.
Participate in daily check-ins to communicate progress and any blockers.

Requirements & Profile:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years specifically in SketchUp interior modeling.
Hardware: Must own a high-performance personal PC/Laptop capable of handling heavy 3D files.
Skills: Strong understanding of interior proportions and SketchUp best practices (Groups/Components/Tags).
Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but a strong portfolio takes priority.
Reliable internet connection and a self-motivated, punctual work ethic for a remote setup.
