SketchUp Exterior & Landscape Modeller (WFH)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models for building exteriors, facades, elevations, and landscape environments using SketchUp.

• Accurately interpret 2D architectural plans, site plans, and elevations (AutoCAD DWG/PDF) and translate them into 3D.

• Model site context, topography, hardscaping (pathways, boundary walls, pergolas), and layout placeholders for softscaping.

• Maintain strict file hygiene: use proper grouping, components, and tagging to keep heavy exterior files optimized and ready for D5 Render.

• Work closely with the lead 3D artist to refine building details, adjust massing, and prepare the model for final exterior visualization.

• Meet daily and weekly project delivery deadlines while managing complex, large-scale files.

• Participate in daily check-ins to communicate progress, clarify architectural details, and report blockers.

Requirements & Profile:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years specifically in SketchUp architectural and exterior modeling.

• Hardware: Must own a high-performance personal PC/Laptop capable of handling heavy 3D exterior and landscape files without crashing.

• Skills: Strong understanding of architectural scale, building materials, facade detailing, and SketchUp best practices (especially using components for repeating elements like windows or louvers).

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean exterior building models and landscape layouts is mandatory.

• Punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable coordinating in a fully remote setup.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
