Job Description – Home Inspector

Position: Home Inspector
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties for inspection.

• Check whether the property construction is completed as per the required standards.

• Inspect the property for structural damages, cracks, leakage, dampness, and other defects.

• Identify construction-related issues and maintenance requirements.

• Check the overall condition of walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing-related visible issues.

• Prepare inspection reports with details of identified damages and issues.

• Take photographs/videos of defects when required.

• Coordinate with the concerned team and report any major issues found during inspection.

• Travel to different property locations as part of the job.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of building construction and civil works.

• Good observation and inspection skills.

• Ability to identify construction defects and property-related issues.

• Willingness to travel to different locations.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
