We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Biproc Infra Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Price/forecast the cost of materials needed for the project
- Manage finances for construction projects — house, high-rise, bridge, or tunnel
- Keep the project on time and within budget
- Ensure construction costs and production are managed efficiently
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks
- Track design/construction changes and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Assist in establishing client requirements
Requirements:
- Creative, innovative approach to problem solving
- Strong numeracy and financial management skills; ability to learn design and costing software
- Civil Engineering experience: 1 year preferred
- English required
