Job Description

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Sree Balaji Interior to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹55000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Site Execution:
Oversee day-to-day interior work (civil, carpentry, electrical, finishing etc).
Coordination:
Act as the bridge between designers, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Project Planning:
Create timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Control:
Make sure materials and workmanship meet design and company standards.
Vendor Management:
Handle contractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
Client Handling:
Provide updates, manage expectations, and handle on-site concerns.
Problem Solving:
Resolve unexpected issues like delays, design changes, or material shortages.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is12th Passand5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
