KeyVendors is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Operations / Projects department, based in Delhi NCR. This role involves leading end-to-end execution of interior projects for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for planning, site execution, vendor coordination and client management, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete execution of interior projects from start to final handover
Prepare project schedules and coordinate design, procurement, vendors, labour and site teams
Supervise site work and ensure quality of workmanship
Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and installation work
Read and work with interior drawings to ensure execution matches approved designs
Handle client updates, approvals and execution related concerns
Control project budget, monitor material wastage and vendor costs
Conduct site inspections and close snag list before handover
Skills Required: Project Management, Site Execution, Vendor Management, Labour Management, Client Coordination, Interior Drawing Reading, Auto CAD (Basic)
