Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can manage and support our interior design projects from start to finish. The role requires someone who understands interiors, can handle client communication, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and make sure work is completed on time and as per design.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.

• Understand drawings and ensure work is done as per design.

• Handle material selection, ordering, and vendor follow-ups.

• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and solve day-to-day issues.

• Keep track of project timelines, budgets, and reports.

• Maintain project files and ensure smooth workflow.

What We Expect:

• Basic knowledge of interiors (materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, etc.).

• Ability to read drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is a plus).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Hands-on attitude for site work and problem solving.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management.

• 1–3 years of experience in interiors or project coordination.
