Production Manager

• Oversee factory operations, production schedules & on-time execution

• Plan resources, materials & manpower for smooth delivery

• Interpret technical drawings/BOQs for accurate production

• Ensure quality control & process standardization

• Coordinate between design, purchase, and installation teams

• Lead and train production staff for efficiency & safety

• Review and interpret technical drawings/BOQs/3D designs shared by designers.

• Translate design specifications into accurate production and assembly plans.

• Work closely with design and project teams to resolve technical feasibility issues.

• Suggest cost-effective and innovative design-to-production solutions.

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production schedules.

• Ensure smooth execution of modular product manufacturing (kitchens, wardrobes, bath & décor).

• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices for cost and time efficiency.

• Coordinate with purchase and logistics for material availability and timely dispatch.
