We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Executive to join our core team and manage our material sourcing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates and other required items.

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors.

• Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.

• Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO).

• Coordinate with site team and stores for delivery of materials.

• Ensure materials meet required quality and specifications.

• Maintain procurement records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in civil procurement is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 Take-home per month (Offered based on previous CTC and interview performance).

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
