Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.
Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client and business requirements.
Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project execution teams.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
Mentor and manage the architecture team.
Conduct client presentations and design discussions.
Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
8–15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in residential villa, apartment, and commercial projects.
Knowledge of construction methodologies and statutory approvals.
