URGENT REQUIREMENT – MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN

Position: Mechanical Draftsman (Mechanical Design & Drawing)

Industry: Automobile Manufacturing Company

Job Location: Padra–Jambusar Road, Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and schematics.
Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or equivalent software.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation.
Revise drawings based on engineering changes and production requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design Departments.
Support manufacturing teams in interpreting technical drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with company and industry standards.

Educational Qualification:

ITI Draughtsman Mechanical (2 Years), OR
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, OR
Relevant Mechanical Design/Drafting Qualification.

Experience:

2 to 5 Years of experience in Mechanical Drafting, Design, or Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in Automobile, Engineering, Fabrication, Machinery, or Manufacturing Industry preferred.

Required Skills:

AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA or equivalent 3D CAD Software
Mechanical Engineering Drawings
GD&T and Tolerance Knowledge
Manufacturing Process Understanding
Good Technical Drawing Skills
Attention to Detail

Preferred Residence Areas:

Padra, Jambusar Road, Mobha, Luna, Dabhasa, Mujpur, Ektanagar, Atladara, Tarsali, Manjalpur, Makarpura, Bhayli, Sevasi, Waghodia Road, and nearby villages.

Salary:

Negotiable based on qualification, experience, and software proficiency.
