Job Description

We are actively looking for a dedicated Architectural Draughtsman who possesses strong technical skills in Revit and other CAD software, ready to contribute to our diverse project portfolio.Responsibilities:Prepare accurate architectural drawings and plans using Revit and other CAD software, adhering to the specified design concepts provided by our architects.Create technical drawings and BIM Models based on given specifications and calculations.Create 3-dimensional BIM models in REVIT for use by various departments and teams.Ensure all Revit models are compliant with the current building codes and construction standards.Collaborate with architects to transform initial sketches and ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans.Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team needs.Update and revise drawings as needed based on project adjustments and feedback. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.Update models to reflect as-built conditions.Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all drafts and drawings are accurately archived.Assist in coordinating with construction teams to ensure project designs are executed as planned.Perform other duties as required.May be required to travel locally to job sites.Requirements:Diploma or certificate in drafting, architectural technology, or a related field. Proven work experience as an architectural draughtsman with extensive expertise in Revit.Strong portfolio showcasing detailed architectural drawings and proficiency in Revit.Deep understanding of building codes, architectural design principles, and construction terminology.Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsWillingness to learn, have strong organizational and analytical skills.Self-motivated; take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism.Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.Capable of building trusting relationships, ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere.Experience in using Microsoft Office products; (preferred)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month (depending on profile)📩 Send your resume & portfolio: Mobile : +91-9731364428 / Email : HR@Zurichconsultant.com
