Job Description

Hiring – Interior Site Supervisor

Company: V-Serve Design & PMC
Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi
Working Location - Pan India
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2–6 Years
Department: Interior Design

Job Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with the Project Manager.
Coordinate material requirements and site logistics.
Conduct site measurements and verify executed work.
Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
2–6 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Good knowledge of interior finishing works, including flooring, false ceiling, painting, partitions, carpentry, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and execute work accordingly.
Good communication and team management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR.
