Job Description

Supervise daily site activities related to interior texture painting and finishing works.
Ensure proper surface preparation, including cleaning, plastering, putty, and primer application.
Monitor texture painting application as per approved samples, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, painters, vendors, and project managers.
Check the quality of materials and ensure proper application techniques.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues or defects.
Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Ensure work is completed within the given project schedule and budget.
Coordinate with other interior and MEP teams to avoid site conflicts.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
Handle snagging, rectification, and final finishing works before project handover.
