Job Description

Site Supervisor at Livspace is responsible for managing the end-to-end interior project lifecycle for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality execution, adherence to design plans, and client satisfaction.

Project Execution: Take ownership of the project from initiation to final handover, ensuring compliance with design drawings and quality standards.
Site Supervision & Safety: Daily site visits to supervise interior fit-out works (kitchen, wardrobe, modular, etc.), ensuring safe working conditions.
Vendor & Manpower Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation and material management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Experience: Minimum 3–6+ years of experience in interior project execution ( residential and commercial ).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Google Suite.
Logistics: Must have own 2-wheeler and a valid license for site travel.
