Job Description

we are looking for a civil engineer/ site supervisor to join our team kimaya infratech Pvt Ltd.Construction Supervision & Execution: Overseeing day-to-day work, implementing structural designs, conducting site layouts, and ensuring work meets technical specifications.Project Management & Scheduling: Preparing work schedules, monitoring progress against timelines, and managing resources to ensure timely completion.Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conducting inspections of materials (cement, steel) and finished work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.Site Safety Compliance: Implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety.Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Providing on-site technical advice and solving engineering difficulties that are during construction.Coordination Communication: Liaising with clients ,subcontractors, constants, and project maners to coordinate activities.Documtation & Reporting: Maintaing daily progress reports (DPR),, recording material consumption, and documenting site activities.Resource Management: Managing labor,equipment, and materials to minimize waste, theft, and misuse to minimize waste, theft, and misuse.
