Handle liaison activities with societies, members, owners, and tenants.

Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 regulations and other statutory requirements.

Work on feasibility studies for redevelopment projects.

Coordinate with Legal, Technical teams, Architects, and Societies to streamline processes.

Build and maintain strong network with Architects, PMCs, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and manage documents using Excel, MS Office.

Deliver impactful presentations and communication to societies and members.

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate sector (preferably redevelopment projects).

Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 compliance.

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.

Strong industry network (Architects, PMCs, Consultants).
