Responsibilities to Share:
Vendor Management – Identify, negotiate, and onboard suppliers for civil, MEP, HVAC, furniture, and finishing materials.
Procurement Planning – Ensure timely purchase of materials to match project schedules.
Cost Optimization – Negotiate best rates, maintain quality standards, and control budgets.
Inventory & Logistics – Coordinate deliveries and manage stock for multiple project sites.
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements.
Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with design, execution, and site teams to avoid delays.
