Responsibilities to Share:

• Vendor Management – Identify, negotiate, and onboard suppliers for civil, MEP, HVAC, furniture, and finishing materials.

• Procurement Planning – Ensure timely purchase of materials to match project schedules.

• Cost Optimization – Negotiate best rates, maintain quality standards, and control budgets.

• Inventory & Logistics – Coordinate deliveries and manage stock for multiple project sites.

• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements.

• Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with design, execution, and site teams to avoid delays.

• You may be assigned to new or changed roles as needed by the team or organisation.
