Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Project Engineer – Cleanroom & HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Supervision:

   • Oversee end-to-end execution of cleanroom and HVAC projects at site.

   • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for timely execution.

   • Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.

2. Planning & Scheduling:

   • Prepare project schedules and work plans.

   • Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly.

3. Technical Support:

   • Interpret technical drawings (HVAC, ducting, cleanroom layouts).

   • Provide on-site engineering solutions to resolve execution challenges.

4. Site Coordination:

   • Daily coordination with supervisors, technicians, and contractors.

   • Monitor and report material movement and site manpower.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain site work reports, daily logs, and project records.

   • Assist in preparing RA bills and project handover documentation.

6. Material & Equipment Handling:

   • Ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment.

   • Coordinate with procurement for material follow-up and delivery.

7. Compliance & Safety:

   • Ensure adherence to cleanroom standards (ISO/GMP guidelines) and HVAC codes.

   • Implement safety practices at the project site.

8. Client Coordination:

   • Address client queries and ensure satisfaction during project execution.

   • Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates.
