Design, develop, and review cleanroom HVAC systems in compliance with ISO, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, calculations, and equipment specifications for cleanrooms, laboratories, and controlled environments.
Collaborate with architects, process engineers, and project teams to ensure HVAC designs meet contamination control, temperature, humidity, and pressure differential requirements.
Perform heat load calculations, airflow analysis, and filtration design to maintain cleanroom classification.
Select and size HVAC components (AHUs, chillers, ducts, filters, diffusers, etc.) for optimal energy efficiency and performance.
Ensure design compliance with ASHRAE, ISO 14644, US FDA, EU GMP, and local regulatory guidelines.
Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation for client and contractor use.
Support project execution with site inspections, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting during installation.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards, cleanroom design practices, and HVAC technologies.
