Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior/architectural design concepts, space layouts, and execution plans.

• Source materials, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

• Conduct regular site visits and supervise on-ground execution to ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and design expectations.

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree with 3–6+ years of relevant experience in interior design and site supervision.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and related design software.

• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, stone/marble, and execution workflows.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
