2D/3D Interior Designer

We are looking for a 2D/3D Interior Designer to join our team at Indik Space Design to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹50000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·       Create a layout, planning & strategy for the open area which is starting from 3k sqft area.

  ·       Create running drawing 2D & 3D drawing for modelling.

  ·       Create Ceiling drawing for lights & false ceiling, Plumbing Drawing, Furniture drawing. ·       Create BOQ as per mention in drawing assets & designing for interior material.

  ·       Discussed with vendors & Clients for finalized material & design of W/S, Lights, Glass, Carpet. Etc.

  ·       Create idea for Mood board design as per client require.

  ·       Compare rate list & quote sheets of vendors & working progress report.

  ·       Handle all teams for design & execute.

  ·       Create a daily work progress report.

  ·       Maintain discipline in the office & work environment..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
