Interior Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day activities for smooth functioning of site.

• Coordinate work schedules, subcontractor activities, labour management.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Review and interpret drawings, 3D renders and specifications.

• Maintain record of daily manpower at site.

• Submit daily progress of site activities, progress

• Ability to take site measurements.

• Identify, escalate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.

• Ensure accurate and timely material delivery, Site Store management.

• Make snag list and co-ordinate to tick off all the snags.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above degree in Civil Engineering / ITI Civil / Foreman or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in site supervision for interior projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
