We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team at MODERN CONCEPT DESIGN STUDIO to oversee and manage interior execution work at project sites. The role involves supervising labour and vendors, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior execution work at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, measurements, and design specifications.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
Take site measurements and coordinate with the design team when required.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the given timeline.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project/design team.
Maintain proper site discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
Provide regular updates on site progress to the management and client.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th , Diploma
Experience: in interior execution/site supervision.
Good knowledge of interior works, materials, measurements, and construction methods.
Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and working drawings.
Knowledge of woodwork, modular work, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, stone/marble, and other interior works.
Good vendor, labour, and client coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
