Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior concepts, preparing design drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are executed according to the approved design, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope.

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

• Create 3D models and realistic renders for client presentations.

• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, colors, lighting, and other materials.

• Prepare design presentations and communicate concepts clearly to clients.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

• Conduct site visits and monitor execution to ensure design accuracy.

• Review measurements and site conditions before finalizing drawings.

• Assist with material selection, BOQs, estimates, and procurement where required.

• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, building standards, and company guidelines.

• Make revisions based on client and project feedback.

• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, specifications, and project details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit or equivalent design software.

• Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar is preferred.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction details.

• Strong knowledge of space planning and design principles.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand technical drawings and coordinate with site teams.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or office interior projects.

• Experience in handling projects from concept/design stage through execution.

• Knowledge of local vendors, materials, and interior execution processes will be an advantage.
