Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Execution: Supervise daily on-site operations for residential or commercial interior projects. Ensure all activities like carpentry, flooring, electrical, and painting align with approved AutoCAD drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Quality & Safety Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high workmanship standards and ensure defect-free handovers. Enforce site safety protocols and maintain discipline among laborers.
Coordination: Liaise with architects, interior designers, vendors, and subcontractors. Resolve technical challenges or design inconsistencies immediately as they arise on-site.
Material & Resource Management: Track material usage to prevent wastage and maintain records of material receipts and stock. Forecast material requirements to avoid project delays.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site logs, and measurement sheets. Assist in billing and cost control
