FitClass is one of India's fastest-growing fitness brands, focused on creating world-class fitness facilities and exceptional member experiences. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a skilled Draftsman Architect to support our gym development and expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings for gym projects.

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D layouts for gym floor planning, equipment placement, reception areas, studios, and functional spaces.

• Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Prepare and update drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.

• Assist in project planning, space optimization, and interior fit-out execution.

• Review drawings and provide technical support during project execution.

• Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and records.

• Support the expansion team in opening new gym locations within project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software.

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and interior fit-outs.

• Knowledge of commercial, retail, or fitness center design is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
