Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

• Supervise daily interior work at the site.

• Ensure work is done as per drawings and design plans.

• Manage and guide workers, contractors, and vendors.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.

• Check quality of materials and finished work.

• Ensure project is completed on time.

• Monitor material usage and control wastage.

• Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed.

• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers.

• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.

• Solve on-site problems and technical issues.

• Maintain client satisfaction and work standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 7+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
