Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, architects, and consultants for daily site work.

  2. Work Monitoring: Check whether work is progressing according to the project schedule.

  3. Quality Checking: Ensure that work is being done as per approved drawings and quality standards.

  4. Drawing Coordination: Check drawings and clarify doubts with the design team before work starts.

  5. Daily Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.

  6. Labour and Contractor Coordination: Follow up with contractors and supervisors to ensure work is completed on time.

  7. Material Coordination: Check material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability.

  8. Safety Monitoring: Ensure workers follow site safety rules.

  9. Issue Resolution: Identify site problems and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.

  10. Meeting and Follow-up: Attend site meetings, record important points, and follow up on pending work.

  11. Progress Tracking: Monitor delays and report any issues that may affect the project timeline.

  12. Client Coordination: Share site updates with the client and coordinate inspections when required.

  Skills required

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Knowledge of construction drawings

  • Basic understanding of civil and interior finishing work

  • MS Excel and daily reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and follow up on work

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 10+ years of experience. Womens Only above 35 years

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
