Draughtsman Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect who can independently handle projects from concept to execution. The candidate should be capable of client handling, design development, working drawings, consultant coordination and site supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who wants leadership responsibility and long-term growth within a growing studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts and presentations

• Lead projects from design stage to site execution

• Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings & detailed drawings

• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants

• Client meetings, presentations and requirement understanding

• Site visits, contractor coordination and design implementation

• BOQ preparation and material specifications

• Ensure timelines, quality control and documentation

• Guide junior architects and interns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch)

• 6–10 years of professional experience in architecture/interior projects

• Experience handling residential and commercial projects independently

• Good understanding of building bye-laws and construction practices
  
  Software Skills (Mandatory)

  • AutoCAD (Excellent command)

  • SketchUp (or similar 3D software)

  • Adobe Photoshop / PowerPoint for presentations
