✅ Civil & Interior Site Supervisor Job Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. ( Optional Prefrence to Well Experience Candidates)

• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate holders with relevant experience may also be considered. ( Optional Prefrence to Well Experience Candidates)

2. Experience

• 2–5 years (or more) of experience in site supervision, especially in civil and interior projects.

• Hands-on experience with residential/commercial, retail, hospitality construction, fit-outs, or renovation works.

• Familiarity with reading architectural/interior drawings and structural plans.

3. Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, techniques, and interior finishing.

• Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).

• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus.

4. Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site operations and ensure work is done as per specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, vendors, and consultants.

• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local construction norms.

• Track material usage and stock, raise requirements, and avoid wastage.

• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers/clients.

• Attend site meetings and address client queries or issues.

5. Soft Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage teams on-site.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude.

6. Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel to multiple sites (if required).

• Flexible with working hours (may include weekends or late hours).

• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
