Drawings to be made for the products given.
New moulds to get developed.
New Molds to Develop in house.
To assign the jobs to Tool Room Mechanics and to follow up the progress.
To maintain the machines of Tool Room section..
To prepare drawing of new samples received from the customers and to execute the project till commercial production.
To follow-up, the fabrication work if given to 3rd party, as per design / delivery schedule.
To maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts.
To prepare yearly shutdown preventive maintenance schedule and follow up by co-ordination with production.
To follow-up for the schedule inspection / checkup of all fighting Equipment’s.
To participate in MRM and to take corrective steps as discussed.
To make sure all MOLD is properly stored.
Periodically carry out MOLD maintenance.
To checking bills received from Labour job firms.
Perform all other duties as assigned by HOD.
