Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure work is completed as per schedule.

Monitor and manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.

Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for smooth project execution.

Inspect materials, verify deliveries, and ensure proper usage.

Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical matters to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
