Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and organized Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed efficiently, safely, and with high-quality standards. This role requires coordination between site workers, clients, and the company’s operations team, while maintaining professionalism and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Monitor Work: Oversee daily site activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and as per project schedule.

• Quality Assurance: Check the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Resource & Equipment Management: Manage site equipment, tools, and materials; ensure their proper use, maintenance, and accountability.

• Labor Management: Maintain labor attendance records, allocate daily work, and assist workers when required.

• Safety Compliance: Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all workers follow safety protocols during work in progress.

• Client Coordination: Communicate politely and professionally with clients and provide site updates as needed.

• Reporting: Submit daily/weekly progress reports, labor records, and material usage updates to the operations team.

• Flexibility: Be comfortable working across different project sites within Mumbai as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role (preferably in construction/interior/project management industries).

• Strong understanding of on-site work processes, material usage, and safety regulations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle labor teams effectively and maintain discipline on site.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting tools for site updates.

• Punctual, responsible, and able to adapt to changing work environments.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate

• Experience: 1–3 years of site supervision experience preferred.
