Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from execution to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing labor and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and reporting progress to the project manager and design team. The role involves daily on-site supervision of carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, modular furniture, and finishing works. Industry-standard responsibilities include supervising interior trades, conducting site inspections, coordinating teams, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the project site.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure quality control of all executed works.
Check measurements and site conditions before installation.
Maintain project timelines and update daily progress reports.
Verify material delivery, usage, and stock availability.
Resolve on-site execution issues in coordination with the designer/project manager.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site cleanliness.
Attend client/site meetings when required.
Prepare daily labor attendance and work status reports.
Conduct final snag checking before project handover.

Required Skills

Knowledge of interior execution and fit-out processes.
Ability to read 2D drawings and basic 3D layouts.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic understanding of BOQ and material specifications.
Experience with modular furniture installation is preferred.
Familiarity with safety practices at construction sites.
