Interior Designer

The Architectural & Interior Draftsman will be responsible for producing accurate proposal drawings,

working drawings, and GFC documentation for architectural and interior projects. The role will ensure

drawing quality, coordination, and documentation consistency while supporting project teams from design

development to execution. The candidate will also contribute to building documentation

ecosystem through standardized CAD systems, detail libraries, templates, and quality control processes

3. Key Responsibilities

a. Quality Drawing Production

o Prepare accurate architectural & interior drawings from concept through GFC stage.

o Develop coordinated architectural and interior GFC drawing sets including plans, elevations,

sections, detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation required for execution.

o Maintain strict drawing clarity, layering discipline, annotation standards, and graphic consistency

across all documentation.

o Support preparation of area statements, schedules, BOQ reference drawings, and documentation

for proposals and execution.

b. Systems & Process Development

o Collaborate with the Director to build and refine firm-wide CAD standards, drawing templates, and

documentation systems that improve consistency and scalability.

o Develop block libraries and drawing standards for firm-wide consistency.

o Improve internal workflows to increase proposal turnaround speed.

o Maintain structured file naming, revision control, and documentation protocols.

o Create and maintain Drawing Manual within the first 90 days covering CAD standards, layer

systems, title blocks, annotation standards, plotting standards, folder structures, revision protocols,

and standard construction details.

Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting (ITI/Diploma). Equivalent technical

qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered.

▪ 3 - 6years of professional experience in architectural and interior drafting.

▪ Experience in commercial or hospitality projects preferred.

▪ Experience supporting feasibility or proposal-stage drawings is an advantage.

5. Technical Skills

▪ AutoCAD Advanced (Mandatory)

▪ SketchUp working knowledge (Preferred)

▪ Revit/BIM exposure with willingness to transition toward BIM workflow (Preferred)

▪ Excel documentation skills

▪ Photoshop / Presentation tools (Advantage)
