Position: Waterproofing Supervisor

Location: Project Sites (Delhi NCR / As per project requirement)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise waterproofing activities at construction sites.

Ensure proper application of waterproofing systems such as membranes, coatings, chemical treatments, and sealants.

Monitor daily work progress and maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.

Ensure materials are used as per specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

Inspect surfaces before and after waterproofing work.

Maintain daily work reports and progress updates.

Ensure safety guidelines are followed on site.

Resolve on-site issues related to waterproofing work.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI or relevant experience in construction.

3–5 years experience in waterproofing works.

Knowledge of terrace, basement, bathroom, retaining wall, and water tank waterproofing.

Ability to manage workers and site activities.

Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination.
