Interior Site Supervisor

• Site Execution & Supervision o Supervise day-to-day interior work at the site including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works. o Ensure implementation as per approved drawings, materials, and methods. o Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless execution. o Basic knowledge of all parts of interior execution specially areas like electrical looping, circuit, Fire Compliances, Plumbing & Waterproofing. o Knowledge and should be able to differentiate between products and should know the right placement of the product. o Exposure to purchase of material and On-site costing and evaluation. o Should be sympathetic to client’s satisfaction of the project. o Should be open to travel PAN India. o • Quality Control & Compliance o Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used as strictly specified in the BOQ o Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design standards, BOQ, and technical specifications. o Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate complex challenges to the Project Manager. • Progress Monitoring & Reporting o Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports. o Track work schedules, manpower deployment, and site logistics to ensure on-time completion. o Maintain documentation including checklists, snag lists, and handover reports. • Vendor & Material Coordination o Ensure timely procurement and availability of required materials at the site. o Coordinate with vendors for delivery, installation, and commissioning. o Verify vendor work quality before certification for billing. • Health, Safety & Cleanliness o Ensure that safety practices and PPE standards are followed on site. o Maintain site hygiene and organized storage of materials and tools.
