Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to plan, design, and oversee interior architectural projects. The candidate should combine architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings

• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and material specifications

• Create 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals

• Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations

• Supervise site execution and ensure design intent is maintained

• Handle BOQs, material selection, and cost estimation

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture

• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and construction methods

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software

• Good understanding of lighting, furniture, and finishes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
